This Ibach Grand, dating from 1896 has been fully rebuilt. It has a black polyester case, all new mechanism parts and completely rebuilt sound structure, including strings, soundboard, bridges and frame.

It came in as a part exchange from Tewkesbury Abbey and was used for many decades as the choir practice instrument. It's original condition was very worn out, with the case work and mechanism in pretty appalling condition, but had great potential, as you can see in the finished result.
