BECHSTEIN MODEL 1

Bechstein Model 1 upright pianos are the largest concert upright made by the Carl Bechstein factory and this one dates from 1899. They are renowned for producing an extensive and powerful base sound and are a top grade professional performance piano.

This model is in a lovely rosewood case which has been completely restored and has its original sconces and beautiful marquetry front panels.

The mechanism has also been completely rebuilt, re-felted, weighed off and re-regulated and is, mechanically in peak condition.
